yellowing sealant poor linen

The location was convenient, within walking distance of the harbor area. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety.

I encountered an issue with the room. It was somewhat worn. The sealant around the bathtub showed yellowing, suggesting a need for better maintenance. The linen quality was disappointing as well. It felt subpar for a luxury hotel.

dark hallways understaffed staff

The location was acceptable and next to the modern art museum.

My husband said this was the best hotel, but it was far from it. The hallways and elevators were dark and tired. The front desk staff was lovely, but understaffed. We had to load our own bags since there was no bellman.

Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The front desk service was not up to par. I received incorrect information about a credit on my room rate and the Netflix app on the TV did not work. The final bill was also incorrect and never resolved.
